Microsoft 365 administrator Bangalore Monday- Friday(11am-8pm) Hybrid Intro: Seeking a dedicated and skilled professional to assume a pivotal role in our organization as a Microsoft 365 Administrator. This role involves comprehensive administration of Microsoft 365, On-Prem and Azure Active Directory, and a range of security and user support responsibilities. The successful candidate will oversee various vital components, from email services to data retention, and play a key role in shaping our Office 365 environment's future strategies. Some of the things you'll be doing: - Provide complete administration of the Microsoft 365 environment and its capabilities including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and PowerApps.
- Provide complete administration of the On-Prem and Azure Active Directory, Azure AD connect and its capabilities including DNS, Replication, Sites and subnets, domain trusts, and GPO.
- Implement and support security policies, such as data retention, Spam, Phishing, Impersonation.
- Provide L2/L3 support for end users, experiencing problems with Office 365 applications and services.
- Provide administration of the PKI infrastructure.
- Review, test, monitor and make recommendations for standard O365 practices areas for improvement.
- Manage anti-spam filtering, logging and email tracking and transport rules.
- Manage user accounts, licenses, and permissions in accordance with company policies.
- Support Single Sign-On using Active Directory Federation Services with Multi Factor Authentication.
- Perform scripting administration tasks and reporting using PowerShell.
- Perform migrations and deployments related to the building, upgrade and maintenance of O365 environment.
- Monthly audits on the Active Directory & O365 environment to reconcile users.
- Manage user's mobile devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (MS Intune).
- Develop future strategies for Office 365 products and services.
- Manage SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and policies.
- Managing the deployment of new features or functionality after they have been tested in a staging environment.
- All other duties as assigned.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need - Minimum 8-10 years of Microsoft O365 Administration experience in a large-scale environment.
- Experience in IT projects related to large company acquisitions/mergers would be desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
- Strong Active Directory (including ADFS and Azure AD) and Group Policy configuration and troubleshooting expertise.
- Good experience with PKI infrastructure
- Strong experience with Azure Active Directory and Azure Rights Management.
- Strong experience with Mail gateway/policies (Proofpoint).
- Knowledge/experience of Azure Cross-Tenant Sync, B2B communications, Azure PIM, Authentication.
- Experience managing PowerApps, PowerBI.
- Experience managing O365 licenses.
- Good Knowledge of SCCM and Intune administration, optimisation and upgrades.
- Project management methodologies and techniques.
