At PadCare we aim to rebuild the way people without periods experience washrooms. We've built the world's first sanitary napkin recycling ecosystem and made it accessible for over a million menstruators through hundreds of valuable B2B partnerships.

Things at PadCare are leveling up!

We just raised 5 Cr in our seed funding round led by Social Alpha, Rainmatter, Lavni ventures, 3i partners & Spectrum impact. We also appeared on Shark Tank, got a blank cheque from Piyush Bansal, and garnered immense support from all the sharks. With the right resources in place, we're much closer to our dream of serving all 121 million menstruators in India. It's now time for us to scale, to build the next few stepping stones for the future of sanitation in India.

Where would you fit in the organization

You will be responsible for building visual narratives and bringing to life complex concepts in a creative, engaging manner. The role will involve collaborating with different teams to conceptualize and create illustrations, infographics

What You'll Do

• Make eye-catching, creative visual solutions for proposals, workshops, and campaigns, such as presentations, brochures, videos, infographics, websites, posters, emails, web banners, and other sales literature. You will actively brainstorm the graphical representation of the data points involved.
• Work with the content writer and digital marketer to produce social media posts
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design must have the ability to metamorphose ideas and content into graphics after considering relevant design touch-points
• Give an edge to the brand, bring new reforms in our design language based on in-depth research and creative thinking
• Assist the AV specialist with highly strategized art direction during shoots
• Collaboratively brainstorming, visualizing, and creating graphics PadCare's products & their packaging
• Basic coordination with printing vendors in terms of colours, sizing, dimensions, print quality, samples, and other concerns. You will be assisted by the Ops team.

What You'll Need

• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Photoshop)
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of design thinking and well-versed in design & typography principles
