Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Video Editor to join our team. As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing and producing high-quality video content for various platforms. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of professional experience in video editing and be proficient in using video editing software.
Responsibilities
Edit raw footage and assemble it into a polished video product.
Trim and rearrange footage to ensure smooth transitions and seamless flow.
Enhance video quality by adjusting colours, brightness, and contrast.
Add visual effects, graphics, and animations as required.
Incorporate sound effects, music, and voiceovers to enhance the video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts.
Ensure videos are delivered within specified deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video editing.
job requirements
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience as a Video Editor
Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of video editing techniques, including colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics
Solid knowledge of video formats, codecs, and compression standards
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to take feedback constructively.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in film production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field
Experience working on various video projects, including commercials, social media content, and corporate videos.
Familiarity with motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects or similar tools
Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
