Job description

Head of Marketing/VP

We are seeking an experienced marketing leader to serve as the Head of Marketing/VP at Clensta. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead all marketing initiatives, overseeing planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in alignment with our organizational objectives.

Experience : 10-15 years (D2C/FMCG Beauty & Personal Care preferred) Exposure of start-up ecosystem for at least 5 years.

Location: Gurgaon (office based)

About the Company: Founded in 2016, we are managed by a highly talented team under strong leadership in association with IIT Delhi. Pre-Series B funded. We raised funding worth 100+ crores from marquee investors like TradeCred, Royal Family of UAE, Parineeti Chopra, various other angel platforms and prominent industry leaders like Co-Founder of HCL, Chairman of NASSCOM, IPV, VCATS and IAN Fund.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Acquisition & Retentio

n: Develop and implement multi-channel customer acquisition strategi es (social media, Print, PR, Organic search, content marketing, partnerships and performance marketin g).Design and manage loyalty programs and personalized communication initiatives to improve customer retenti on.KPI: Reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by X%KPI: Increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) by g> Y%Data & Analyti cs:Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and resource allocati on.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all marketing activiti es.KPI: Monitor and achieve targeted conversion rates across all marketing channels (e.g., website, lead generation forms, influencers, campaigns, brand evangelis ts)KPI: Increase ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) by Z%Team Leadership & Collaborati on:Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and collaborati on.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Sales-offline/online) to ensure alignment with business objectiv es.Budget Manageme nt:Allocate resources effectively across channels and initiatives to optimize expenditu re.KPI: Manage marketing budget via AOP/ABP within allocated cost targets and maximize RO I. Required Qualificatio ns:10-15 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in FMCG beauty & personal care branding/D2C exposure is preferr ed.Proven track record of success in achieving KPIs related to growth, brand awareness, and customer acquisiti on.In-depth understanding of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practic es.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-maki ng.Excellent leadership and team management abilities and exceptional communication and presentation skil ls.Creative and strategic thinking, with a focus on execution and attention to deta il.Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field required; Master's degree preferr e d.
