Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations and communications, overseeing the hiring process, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in human resources management
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in employee relations, communications, and conflict resolution
• Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• SHRM certification is a plus
