Flexible to work in US& EK time zones Excellent knowledge on process and SLA driven approach Basic knowledge on ITIL concept (Incident and service request Management) Excellent knowledge in Excell reporting, macros and formulae, EDI Errors IDOC reprocess. Air Liquide EDI Errors- winshuttle website to find error IDOC and processing. MRP Controller Email Maintenance add/remove the suppliers/MRP Controllers. Documenting ticket resolutions Resolve Cherwell tickets SAP Security Requests follow-up and Approving access. Checking on project status. IT requests -Changes Testing and UAT approval. Checking for new Catalog setups/changes. Checking SRM request forms awaiting approval (User security Request) EDM support = PDF uploads and Account-setup ZLOW Request Approval. ZYCUS -Providing Access and User Support. Internal audits = DOA, MRP Controller, SAP roles and SRM. Buyer setup & Changes based on DOA form. CLM - Account setup and User Support. Creating Winshttle scripts for mass uploads based on user requirements. BDC – Updating BDC templates for new requirements. Buyer Obsolete Check /MRP Controller Obsolete Check in SAP
