Job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work with assigned Customers to meet their business objectives and assist them in overcoming any problems they face on their infrastructure.
• Work with Sales Personnel to provide product, business, and technical knowledge in support of pre-sales activities and assist in expediting sales cycle.
• Liaise with Product Managers to understand details of product design.
• Stay abreast of product roadmap as well as understand the scenarios, features and functions within each of the products and how these are applied to address business and technical problems.
• Staying current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between the company and its competitors.
• Map products and solutions to customer requirements, no matter how complex.
Education, Skills and Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Computer and communications engineering or equivalent
• Language: Excellent skills in English and Arabic
• 5-7 years of experience
• Ability to understand business processes and problems.
• Knowledge in Cisco and Security Solutions
• Ability to multi-task and be able to represent multiple subjects and products.
• Ability to understand and capture business and technical requirements.
