Why you should Join

Unique experience to build training for internal and external stakeholders, so a wide exposure user group. Given training is on Builder eco system, candidate would not have come across this unique set of tooling therefore providing a different kind of oppourtunity.

Requirements

1. Developing and delivering technical training programs to both the development and delivery teams, with a focus on React and ROR, as well as internal products, such as the IDE, Gitlab.

2. Working closely with the product team to understand the architecture and technical requirements of the internal products, and developing training programs that enable developers to work with these products effectively.

3. Collaborating with subject matter experts and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop training programs that meet those needs.

4. Creating and maintaining training materials, including documentation, presentations, and videos, that are up-to-date and relevant to the needs of the teams.

5. Evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs and making improvements as needed.

6. Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments in technology and incorporating them into the training programs.
