We are into real eatate, construction and development. We are also into Turnkey contracting and infrastructure. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager located in Pune. Thr HR manager should be specialised in recruiting civil engineers. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of the company's human resources operations, including but not limited to employee relations, benefits administration, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with local and national regulations. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred At least 5 years' experience in human resources management, with particular emphasis on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations Knowledge of local and national labor laws and regulations Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems Ability to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environmentJob tags
