Job description
As the Chief of Staff at Ridhira Living, you will play a critical role in supporting the CEO and leadership team in driving the company's strategic objectives. Leveraging your deep understanding of the real estate industry, you will provide valuable insights and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and market trends.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, potential risks, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
Project Management: Oversee key projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, while also monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication across the organization.
Financial Analysis: Assist in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting to support decision-making processes related to real estate investments and development projects.
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the company's investments and interests.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in the real estate industry, with a strong understanding of property development, investment, and market dynamics.
