- The Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing training programs to support the professional growth and development of our employees
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning principles, and leadership development
Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs to address the needs of employees at all levels of the organization, including new hire orientation, leadership development, technical skills training, and soft skills development
- Instructional Design: Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging and effective training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses, job aids, and multimedia resources
- Training Delivery: Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees, utilizing a variety of delivery methods and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and preferences
- Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify training needs and opportunities for skills development across the organization
- Performance Evaluation: Develop and implement processes to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback from participants, and measure the impact on employee performance and organizational goals
- Training Administration: Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant registration
- Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company's LMS, including course catalog management, user access, reporting, and tracking of employee training records
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external training vendors and consultants as needed, and manage relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective delivery of services
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a team of training specialists, coordinators, and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards, including safety training, diversity and inclusion training, and compliance training as required
