Job description

We are seeking a skilled Business Coordinator with expertise and proficiency in Russian and English languages, and a strong foundation in finance and economics and various legal aspects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and supporting our real estate operations while leveraging their language skills and domain knowledge to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

Real Estate Expertise: Leverage your prior experience in the real estate sector to understand industry dynamics, market trends, and project intricacies.

Financial and Economic Acumen: Apply your enriched knowledge in finance and economics to analyse market data, assess investment opportunities, and provide insights into potential risks and returns.

Coordination and Collaboration: Act as a bridge between internal teams, clients, and external partners. Coordinate meetings, negotiations, and discussions effectively, ensuring all parties are aligned. Project Support: Provide comprehensive support to real estate projects, from initial planning and feasibility studies to execution and post-project evaluation.

Documentation: Prepare accurate and well-structured reports, presentations, and documentation related to project updates, financial analysis, and market research.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.

Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, regulatory bodies, and other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Postgraduate or graduate degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience: Proven track record of working in the real estate sector, with a solid understanding of its dynamics and complexities. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, market research, and project coordination. Previous exposure to cross-cultural business environments, particularly involving Russian and English-speaking stakeholders.

Skills:

Fluent proficiency in Russian and English languages (written and verbal). Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and market trends. Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in preparing and presenting reports using various tools. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Location: The candidate can be located in India or Bishkek, depending on their preference and eligibility.
