Responsibilities:
Provide valuable guidance, training, and support to both students and your in-house team.
Organize a webinar/seminar on schools/collages/ Institute
Develop comprehensive and engaging course materials
Conducting counselling and training sessions to provide guidance.
Impart valuable knowledge, strategies, and techniques to help students overcome challenges and excel in their personal and academic lives.
Inspecting Students career-related aspirations, concerns, and uncertainties throughout the consultation process.
Reviewing Students personal and educational undertakings and how the manifestation of these might inform their prospective job-related choices.
Guiding Students through the completion of aptitude, personality, and adjacent tests.
Proposing career-related options that are congruent with your substantiated insights.
Informing Students about potential shortcomings in their skill sets and devising strategies to remedy these.
Walking Students through the process of compiling and restructuring their resumes.
Guide participants through assessments and create an individualized career plan
Assist with scheduling workshop attendance and enrolment into programs at partnering
education/training institutions/Schools/Collages to enhance job readiness and employability;
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree and related experience in Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Human Relations, Social Work or related field, required
5+ years Experience working in a mentoring or advising role
Professionals certifications is plus in career counselling
Experience in developing and delivering training on soft skills material.
Must be very comfortable with public speaking and be able to communicate ideas, advice,
feedback and critiques professionally and concisely in individual and group settings;
Top-notch investigative, assessment, and communication skills.
