Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head of Product Engineering to lead our growing team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Enterprise SaaS Platforms. He/she will responsible for building and fostering a high-performing Product engineering organization, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of our product roadmap.

Key Deliverables Lead and manage the Product Engineering team, defining the team structure, roles, and responsibilities – including Release Management, DevOps, and Product Engineering Partner with other departments such as product, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and successful product launches.

Qualifications and Experience

A degree in engineering/computer science

Technical Expertise:

SaaS Product Development:

Lead the design and development of enterprise SaaS products, overseeing architecture, engineering teams, and multiple release cycles. Scaled applications to thousands of users on multi-tenant systems. Product Management:

Hands-on experience with complex product management, understanding user needs and translating them into successful features. Full-Stack Development:

Proficiency in web system architecture, design, development, network and server management on cloud platforms like Azure. Machine Learning & AI:

Leverage expertise in computer vision libraries and deep learning models to guide product development and innovation. Tech Savvy:

A deep understanding of the entire technology stack (front-end, middleware, database - SQL, .NET, JavaScript) and can articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Adaptability & Leadership:

Fast Learner:

Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp new domains and technologies. Startup Experience (Preferred):

Extensive experience in a product company or startup environment is highly valued. Communication & Leadership:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, fostering collaboration and driving results. Organization & Problem-Solving:

Adept at organization, time management, and problem-solving, navigating challenges efficiently.
