Senior Procurement Specialist

Job description

Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, conducting negotiations to secure advantageous terms. Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable agreements. Ensure that contracts comply with legal requirements and organizational policies. Execute the entire procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring efficiency and compliance. Identify opportunities for cost savings and execute strategies set out by the leadership team to reduce overall procurement expenses. Collaborate with relevant departments to establish and maintain quality standards for procured goods and services. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including finance, legal, and operations, to complete duties as requested.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus. Strong English communication skills (B2-C1 CEFR Level). Proven experience in procurement. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Good knowledge of procurement laws, regulations, and best practices. Analytical thinking skills. Familiarity with procurement software and tools. Strong organizational and time management skills.
