Design and Develoment of Electric Traction controlsystem for 2 Wheelers
Design and Development of Traction inverter system withhardware and control algorithms, software with diagnostics
Calibration tuning and testing validation of Traction systemfor Electric 2 Wheelers
Design and Development of Power Electronic systems forElectric vehicles
To implement Vehicle network security / encryption oncontroller Software, and conduct HIL, SIL, MIL and OTA
Functional Safety using HARA to be implemented on hardwareand software
Role Description
Design and Development of Electric Traction motors for 2Wheelers using Ansys Maxwell, RMXpert, MotorCAD, SIMPower etc
Design and Development of Traction inverter systemconsisting of Electronics hardware, control algorithms,software withdiagnostics for 2 Wheelers alongwith its cooling system
To develop and implement testing, validation,optimisation and Calibration tuning standards for traction system inElectric 2 Wheelers.
Calibration tuning and testing validation of Traction systemfor Electric 2 Wheelers on HIL, Traction system Test rig and Vehicle
Test algorithms in simulation, in vehicle in controlledenvironment, and ultimately in vehicles in the field.
Develop OTA / FOTA capabilities in the vehicle controlsystem and implement in tracion control system for 2 wheelers
To implement Vehicle network security / encryption oncontroller Software, and conduct HIL, SIL, MIL and OTA for traction system andtesting on rig and vehicle
To conduct Functional Safety using HARA to be implement thesame on hardware and software of Traction system
