Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills Trainer located in Kolhapur, Sangli, Pune, Nagpur, Yavatmal, Jalgaon, Chh. Sambhajinagar. The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs focused on presentation skills, training and development, life skills, communication, and soft skills. The Soft Skills Trainer will also be required to customize training content and deliver training sessions to meet the needs of different learners and clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering training programs on soft skills, presentation skills, communication, and life skills
• Background in training and development or a related field, with experience in curriculum development and instructional design
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients and learners
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate training sessions and deliver content in engaging and effective ways to groups of varying sizes and levels of expertise
• Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
• A passion for continuous learning, staying up to date with the latest training and development trends and methodologies
• Relevant certification in soft skills training or related field is a plus
