Job Description: Network Security Engineer Location: Mumbai Experience: 2+ years Role Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Network Security Engineer to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in network security, with expertise in Routing & Switching, Firewall technologies (specifically Palo-Alto and Checkpoint), and Web Application Firewall (WAF). The candidate must possess a strong understanding of security protocols, network architecture, and the ability to implement effective security measures. Responsibilities: Routing & Switching: Configure and maintain network routers and switches to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues. Implement and manage routing protocols. Firewall Experience: Configure, manage, and troubleshoot firewall solutions, with a focus on Palo-Alto and Checkpoint. Implement and maintain security policies on firewalls to safeguard the organization's network. Monitor and respond to firewall-related incidents. Web Application Firewall (WAF): Possess hands-on experience with Web Application Firewall technologies. Implement and manage WAF solutions to protect web applications from security threats. Hands-on Experience: Demonstrate practical, hands-on experience in network security technologies and solutions. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in network security. SOP & Report Documentations: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for network security operations. Prepare detailed reports on network security incidents, vulnerabilities, and risk assessments. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum of 2 years of experience in network security roles. In-depth knowledge of Routing & Switching protocols and configurations. Proficient in configuring and managing Palo-Alto and Checkpoint firewalls. Experience with Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies. Strong understanding of security best practices and protocols. Hands-on experience in troubleshooting network security issues. Excellent documentation skills for SOPs and report generation. Compensation: 5 Lakhs Per Annum
