What will you do
- Sports Calendar-Coordination with the various Leagues & Federations for scheduling related information on a regular basis
- Rights Management-Ensure the Minimum Broadcast Obligations (MBOs) are met as prescribed by the various MRAs
- Live and Non-Live Content Strategy-Collaboration with the content teams to develop a programming strategy to plan for Live events and also the Non-live content for the 2 channels
- Planning PFC-Preparation of the planning FPC in an excel format which is 24 hours in a day to be replicated in the scheduling software system
- Format creation in the Scheduling Software-Understanding the event format to help in creating the same in the Scheduling Software system
- Contingency Planning for Live and Non-live originals-Planning for the contingency for all Live events and original non-live content
- Ticker Management-Preparing the ticker messages for all the various kinds of scenarios such as disruption during Live broadcast or informing the viewers on the next key Live or non-live show which is coming up
- Live grid management-Preparing the Live grids which will carry the events that will be scheduled on these 2 linear channels on JioCinema.this will be shared with all on a regular basis
- Content Coordination-Coordination with the content team to get the detail of content to be prepared by content team and make the detail of same, follow-up with content team for any planned missing content and ensure the on-time delivery
- Content Management-Creation of content Ids with all meta-data information in content management system and process the content with respective Ids to the playout team. provide the detail of all available content to the scheduling team to plan the content
- Playout Coordination-Coordination with playout team for all content execution as planned, follow-up for the live events with production, and feed team,provide all required information (RO, Special instruction, Feed parameter) to the playout team,also, ensure the delivery of the playlist & as-run within the fix timelines
- Logs finalization & Reconciliations-Preparation of final Logs with all elements including commercial and promotional and its timely reconciliation
Who should apply
- Functional skills-Presentation skills, ability to work on Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT
- Behavioral skills-Attention to details, very organized, good interpersonal skills and proactive in nature
- Years of experience -1 year+
