Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Visual Merchandising Manager to join our team at SNITCH. As a Visual Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for creating captivating in-store displays and layouts, ensuring that our products are presented in an attractive and visually appealing manner. You will collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop innovative visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand image and enhance the customer shopping experience. This is a mid-level position, requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in visual merchandising.

• Proficiency in design software and tools.
• Knowledge of seasonal displays and how to create them effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and implement captivating visual merchandising displays and layouts in our retail stores.
• Ensure that our products are showcased in an appealing and visually enticing manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop visual merchandising strategies that align with our brand image.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into our visual merchandising strategies.
• Manage and maintain the visual merchandising budget, including the procurement of props and display materials.
• Train and supervise the visual merchandising team, providing guidance and support.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure visual merchandising standards are being met.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of different visual merchandising techniques and make adjustments as necessary.
