Job description

Job Title : Tele caller

Location : Nagpur

Experience : 0-10 years

Job Type : Full-time

Responsibilities :

1) Conducting outbound cold calls to prospective clients with the aim of generating leads and setting appointments.

2) Effectively communicating product or service information to potential customers.

3) Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and sales.

4) Building and maintaining a customer database for follow-up calls.

5) Collaborating with the sales or business development team to ensure seamless 6) information transfer and customer engagement.

Requirements:

1) Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

2) Fluency in spoken English to engage effectively with potential clients.

3) Proven ability to make successful cold calls and generate leads.

4) Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus, but freshers with the right communication skills are encouraged to apply.

5) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6) Good organizational and time-management skills.

7) Proactive and result-oriented mindset.

Education:

1) Minimum qualification: Graduation
