Job description

Collaborate with business users to understand their data and reporting needs.
Analyze and document business requirements for BI solutions.
Design and develop data models that support business reporting and analytics.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in data models.
Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into the data warehouse.
Monitor and optimize ETL performance.
Create interactive and visually appealing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
Customize and enhance existing reports to meet evolving business needs.
Work with database administrators to optimize database performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and ensure data solutions align with organizational goals.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions.
Document data models, ETL processes, and report specifications.
Maintain documentation for future reference and team collaboration.
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in BI and analytics.

Qualifications:

Years of experience 0-3
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Equivalent field or experience.
Proven experience as a BI Developer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
Knowledge of ETL processes and tools.
Familiarity with data warehouse concepts and architectures.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
