Job description
Responsibilities
· implementation / Installing and managing the OFSAA system.
· Guiding team on analyzation and improvement of the various existing processes and validate all regulatory reports technically and functionally with practices and values to delight customers.
· Ability to understand and review /document business requirements and work closely with IT teams to operationalize the same.
· Clearly articulate and present solutions to client business audiences-
· Gather requirement and estimating system requirement specification inputs.
· Batch design and configuration in discussion with business and functional consultants.
· Maintaining the OFSAA administration
· Facilitating getting the work done through cooperation and teamwork. Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
· Participate in functional configuration of OFSAA modules.
· Participate in the development of business and technical requirements and document key functions, including data mapping, business rules and business process documentation.
· Perform and understand data mapping from Source systems to OFSAA staging; Execute OFSAA batches and analyses result area tables and derived entities.
· Perform data analysis using OFSAA Metadata (i.e. Technical Metadata, Rule Metadata, Business Metadata) and identify if any data mapping gap and report them to stakeholders.
· Participate in handling GL Recon of Source Systems to GL Data.
· Consults and performs complex analysis involving data mining from multiple sources and/or models, financial and comparative analysis.
· Performing financial analytical support and/or data mapping across a wide array of business and financial systems.
· Managing review mechanism, handling multiple stake holders, guiding and upskilling team members, issue resolution and optimizing different existing processes.

Candidate Profile / Essential Qualifications
· Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in OFSAA with at least one end to end implementation.
· 3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Regulatory/Risk reporting, analytics.
· 3+ years of OFSAA experience handling one or a combination of OFSAA IDM, AML, KYC, ECM, CS, TF, BASEL, IFRS9, Liquidity Risk, GL Recon, LRM, Reporting etc.
· 3+ years of SQL experience performing Data mining, profiling, and analysis of data; Analyze and understand complex Data Transformation (DT) and Derived Entities (DE).
· 3+ years of experience in data warehousing, preferably with experience in relational as well as star schema data models (fact and dimension tables).
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and DWH.
· Functional expertise on OFSAA / banking domain and different regulatory reports.
· Experience in implementation of different OFSAA solutions are highly preferred.
· Strong technical background and experience in consulting roles
· Hands on in OFSAA setup preparation, data loading and ability to write complex computation.
