Work on and update data on CRM and ERP tools used by business Update the MS Outlook distribution lists for clients business and external contractors in client server Intermediate Research on companies or competitor products.
Updating online databases, Good level of competence on Excel and PowerPoint presentations -
Required Competencies:
Competent in handling travel and logistics esp. dealing with internal and external vendors
Excellent spoken and written English of global standards
Ability to communicate effectively with senior management /CXO/Chairman s office and external clients on phone and via written communication English, Knowledge of Hindi and Bengali will be an added advantage Tech savvy and competent to take up above responsibilities.
Preferably, should have working knowledge of any CRM, ERP and SharePoint. Customer focused and quick learner
