Join our team as a Graphic Designer and embark on an exciting journey where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of our projects. As our Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for the entire spectrum of design, from defining requirements to creating captivating graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos. Your creative prowess will be instrumental in captivating our audience and conveying the intended message effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze design briefs and ascertain project requirements
- Conceptualize visual elements in alignment with project objectives
- Produce preliminary drafts and present innovative ideas
- Create illustrations, logos, and other designs utilizing industry-standard software/tools
- Utilize appropriate colors and layouts to enhance visual appeal
- Collaborate closely with copywriters and creative directors/managers to refine designs
- Test graphics across diverse media platforms
- Incorporate feedback to refine and enhance designs
- Ensure final graphics and layouts uphold brand standards and aesthetic excellence
Requirements and Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in graphic design with a robust portfolio showcasing your creative prowess
- Proficiency in design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Canva and Photoshop
- A keen eye for aesthetics, coupled with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work methodically, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A degree/certificate in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is advantageous
