Job description
Manages Time Office Administration and Payroll Processing of Unionized Employees, Temporary Workers, and Labour Trainees
2.Ensures Statutory Compliance
3.Complies with Long Term Wage Settlement and ensures its implementation
4.Administers disciplinary procedures including controlling UAA
5,Monitors and ensures the organizations compliances
6.Liaison with various stakeholders - Local Panchayats, Government Authorities, etc.
7.Attends proceedings before judiciary and other laws enforcement Authorities
8.Ensures a cost-effective workforce - right mix of permanent, temporary, Trainees and In-plant Trainees, etc.
9.Facilitates labour Trainees Life cycle from hiring to separation
10.Facilitates JMC, canteen Committee and Welfare Committee meetings
11.Administers canteen
12. Ensures Employees' Welfare and Employee Engagement Initiative
