Job description
- Candidate who have 3 to 5 years of salesforce system administrator with strong hands-on experience to support and manage 500 plus salesforce user.
- Preferred to have the candidate is Salesforce.com certified Administrator [ADM-201].
- Provide admin support in Garrett commercial excellence applications like Market View , PQF Manager and GCM.
- Candidate must have knowledge and experience in Sales, Service , Marketing and Finance functionalities.
- Must have experience in Salesforce configuration changes, including Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Support all aspects of user and license management including new user setup ,deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules.
- Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer.
- Must have hands on experience in Data loader tool to perform DML operations with Salesforce Standard and custom objects in salesforce environments.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support with salesforce.com best practices approach.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
- System administrator should collaborate with integration team and other connected systems to solve data issues and production bug fix.
- Identify unused or underutilised platform features .
- Sandbox environment management including creation , refresh and setup.
- Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
- Have good knowledge in excel functionalities like Vlookup to support on Data loader, data management activities.
- User support tickets, Monitor and improve user adoption.
- Helping users develop or fine-tune reports so they yield meaningful metrics.
- Fixing data records that have somehow been set with record types or ownerships that make them inaccessible to users.
- Weekly Data export and Metadata backup using Eclipse tool/other.
- Changeset Deployment activities requested by the Development Team.
- Data Management.
- User Training/Management.
- Technical documentation.
Education and Qualifications:
- Graduation in Computer Science.
Experience:
- 7 years of IT industry and Certified Salesforce Administrator.
Key skills and knowledge:
- Excellent English skills, other languages would be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as CSS, JavaScript and HTML/XML.
- Basic understanding of relational database management system (RDBMS).
- Nice to have some experience in programming, database management and technologies like Java, Apex, Visual force, Java script, Jquery, and Integrations techniques SOAP, REST, Streaming API.
