Job description

Job Title: Academic Registrar / Deputy Registrar - Academics Responsibilities: Maintain compliance with

AICTE, IKG-PTU, NAAC rules & regulations,

comprehensive knowledge of

NIRF and AISHE Portal , actively participating in the submission of required data and reports. Proficiently handle data using

Excel and Google Sheets

for streamlined record-keeping and reporting purposes. Stay abreast of various

Government scholarship schemes , providing expertise in their implementation and assisting eligible students in the application process. Efficiently manage and maintain academic records, ensuring accuracy. Facilitate day-to-day communication with University & Government authorities to ensure smooth academic operations and resolve any issues promptly. Collaborate with academic departments to coordinate and execute academic programs and events. Ensure compliance with academic policies and regulations, providing guidance to faculty and staff when necessary. Streamline and enhance academic processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular audits of academic records to maintain data integrity and quality. Provide leadership and support in the implementation of academic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall educational experience. Qualifications and Skills: Master's / Ph.D. degree in a relevant field. Strong proficiency in

Excel and Google Sheets. in-depth knowledge of

AICTE, IKG-PTU, NAAC rules & regulations,

understanding of

NIRF and AISHE Portal

requirements. Familiarity with various Government scholarship schemes. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with University & Government authorities with proven organizational and multitasking abilities. Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of data accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Previous experience in a similar role is mandatory.
