Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Co-Founder to play a pivotal role in expanding our business through the franchise model and securing funding for accelerated growth. As a key member of the leadership team, the Co-Founder will be responsible for developing and executing a robust franchise expansion strategy, identifying franchise partners, and leading fundraising efforts to drive the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Franchise Expansion Strategy:
- Develop a comprehensive franchise expansion strategy aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Identify potential markets and regions for franchise growth.
- Evaluate and refine the existing business model for scalability through franchising.
- Franchisee Recruitment and Selection:
- Define criteria for selecting franchisees in alignment with the company's values and goals.
- Develop a screening process to assess the suitability of potential franchise partners.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Franchise Operations:
- Create and implement operational guidelines and standards for franchisees.
- Provide training and ongoing support to ensure the success and consistency of franchise operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate franchise operations seamlessly.
- Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the franchise opportunity.
- Ensure consistent branding across all franchise locations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for franchise expansion.
- Fundraising:
- Lead fundraising efforts to secure capital for business expansion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, and other funding sources.
- Prepare and present compelling business cases to attract investment.
- Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance team to develop financial projections and business models for potential investors.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance against established goals.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring:
- Negotiate terms with franchise partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
- Structure deals that align with the company's growth objectives.
- Networking and Industry Engagement:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key players in the franchising and investment communities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in successfully expanding businesses through the franchise model.
- Track record of raising funds and securing investments for business growth.
- Strong strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of franchise operations, marketing, and financial management.
Compensation: Equity stake in the company.
