Role Overview: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for leading the company's recruitment efforts to attract top-tier talent. The successful candidate will design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies, enhance employer branding, and streamline the hiring process to support the company's rapid growth trajectory.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent in the SaaS domain. Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills. Lead the talent acquisition team in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Implement best practices in hiring and ensure a positive candidate experience. Utilize data-driven approaches to improve the recruitment process and outcomes. Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including negotiation of terms and monitoring of service quality. Enhance employer branding through strategic initiatives and partnerships. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.

Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a significant portion in the SaaS or related technology sector. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies. Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the ability to keep abreast of new trends and practices. Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
