Role - CRM Delivery Lead
Exp- 12+ Years Location - Pan India ( Bangalore/Pune/Kolkata/Gurgaon) CRM Delivery Lead 12+ years of experience with at least 6+ years of experience as Service Manager for delivery with SFDC background and should have been responsible for delivery of E2E Dev and deployment of at least two major CRM Salesforce project. Exposure to D2C is preferred. Responsible for Service Delivery with consistent high-level quality, on time and within budget. Proven good track record: leadership and interpersonal skills with High level commitments to deliver end to end customer driven solutions. Exceptional customer-facing skills, expertise in people management and ability to lead large diverse teams. Good understanding of Project, Program and Financial management Coach and Mentor, the Project Managers Solid resource planning and problem-solving skills. Readiness to demonstrate proactive mind set Excellent verbal and written communication skills Good understanding of SDLCJob tags
