Role Description
We are looking for a full-time Inside Sales Executive to join our team on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with potential clients, providing customer service, and achieving sales targets. They will work closely with other sales team members to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales revenue.
Duties Of An Inside Sales Executive
Here are some duties of inside sales executives:
- Generate leads. Â Inside sales executives research and identify potential customers using a variety of sources such as online searches, social media or referrals.
- Qualify leads. Â They determine which leads are most likely to become customers by evaluating their needs and budget and assessing interest in the products or services they sell.
- Make sales presentations. Â They engage with potential customers by phone, email or video conference to demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services and persuade them to purchase.
- Negotiate deals. Â Inside sales executives work with customers to identify pricing and payment options that meet their requirements and align with company goals.
- Close sales. Â They close sales agreements with customers, provide customer support as required and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Manage sales pipeline. Â Managing a sales pipeline involves monitoring sales activities and customer interactions, updating sales records and customer information in a customer relationship management (CRM) system and providing regular reports on sales activities and results.
- Collaborate with team members. Â Working closely with marketing and other professionals helps executives in sales develop and implement strategies and achieve their targets consistently.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge. Â Staying up-to-date about products and services involves being familiar with their key features, benefits and competitors to inform potential customers.
Qualifications
- Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Experience in using CRM software and sales tools
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
