Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the products or services offered to assist customers accurately. Order Processing: Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and modifications. Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback, identifying recurring issues and trends to help improve overall service. Communication: Effectively communicate with customers to ensure clarity and understanding, providing information on products, services, and policies. Escalation Handling: Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or relevant departments, ensuring timely resolution. Customer Education: Educate customers on product features, usage, and self-service options. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle challenging situations with professionalism. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools. Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
