Job Role : Data AnalystAbout the Role : The role of a Data Analyst involves collaborating closely with the product, design, and engineering teams to pinpoint avenues for enhancing the product and creating new features.Roles and Responsibilities :- Gather and share insights on daily operations, features, and customer behaviours to aid the product team in uncovering, refining, and envisioning improvements.- Monitor key metrics and track product performance to measure the impact of new features.- Take charge of crafting and presenting reports that convey valuable product insights to stakeholders.- Assist the team in conducting A/B experiments.- Help the team execute and deliver high quality features. Skills : - Strong data, statistics, and analytical skills with a good grasp of SQL and Excel. - Understanding of data visualisation tools like QuickSight, Tableau and analytics tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, etc.- Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done.Good to have : - Proficient in managing extensive data sets from various sources.- Proficiency in programming languages such as R & Python.- Familiarity with RESTful APIs.- Basic grasp of mobile and web technologies.Qualification : - 0-3 years of experience- An undergraduate degree in an analytical or qualitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science)- Graduated from a top-tier college.
