Founded in 2012, HOK MakeUp is one of the top 3 suppliers in the market. The company primarily sells products from exclusive brands, including Makeup Revolution (London), L.A Girl (USA), Wet n Wild (USA), L.A Colours (USA), Milani (USA), Eveline (Poland), Lamel (Poland), and many more. The Director, Nikhil Bhatia, has a rich exposure in beauty, cosmetics, and marketing that resulted in the launch of his group's beauty and skincare brand under "Kanvar Probio Pvt Ltd."

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Key Account Manager to strengthen our relationships with key clients and drive business growth. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities, expand market share, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the industry, and a proven track record of success in managing key accounts.

Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, as well as potential clients. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to deliver customized solutions and support customer requirements. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability and ensure mutual satisfaction. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on account performance, sales forecasts, and market trends. Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner, serving as the primary point of contact for escalations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the Beauty (or allied) Industry (Preferred). Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
