Job Responsibilities:
Technical Academy: The individual would be required to:
. Understand the business context and contribution of Technical Academy.
. Identify Technical training needs of the Businesses.
. Refresh the design of the Technical Academy to suit current needs of the business in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
. Implement the Technical Academy across the Business.
. Socialize the Technical Academy and its impact on Business with stakeholders.
. Create Technical course curriculum to suit needs of developing successors for critical roles.
. Collaborate with the Behavioral Training Lead to integrate Technical learning into Integrated course curriculum especially in case of Accelerated Learning Programs.
. Digitize Technical training content to ensure quicker and wider reach of learning to employees.
. Develop mechanisms for monitoring training instructional design, coordination, delivery.
. Develop mechanism to assess needle movement on Technical Competencies and readiness as per success profile.
. Measure the impact of initiatives rolled out as part of the Technical Academy.
. Network with internal & external Technical experts to continually bring the best in class and latest learning opportunities to our employees.
Organization effectiveness:
. The individual would oversee effective execution of Organization Effectiveness initiatives being rolled out.

. Reach and impact of Technical Training delivered.
. Rate of development of Technical Talent.
. Strength of Technical Talent pipeline to meet business needs.
