- Knowledge and experience in US Healthcare/IT or any international healthcare domain is also an added advantage.
Educational Requirements Experience
- Graduate or Post-Graduate Degree in medicine (Doctors/Nurses/Lab Personnel), Genetics and Molecular Medicine, Biotechnology. Non-IT personnel with good knowledge in fundamentals of using documentation tools/office tools and applications, willing to switch to IT.
- Relevant experience in organizations with healthcare (IT or non-IT), medical, laboratories
- (general, blood-bank or genetics).
Added Advantage:
- 3-5 years plus experience as Technical Writers/Business Analysts/Development Analysts/Requirement Engineers
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and eliciting clear and definite project requirements from the Client
- Documentation of project requirements
- Discussing the requirements with the technical team to give a clear insight regarding requirements and mitigate risks
- Coordination for Preparing time and cost estimation for the projects
- Coordinating for feasibility tests for the projects
- Creating technical documents like project scope documents, SRS, traceability matrix etc.
