Job responsibilities will include: ● Sourcing Candidates from Job portals and other platforms. ● Screening resumes ● Conducting Telephonic and In-person Interviews with candidates ● Taking strong follow-ups ● Prepare daily reports and tracker ● Following up on the interview process status ● Documentation of the candidates ● Performing reference and background checks ● Other work as allotted by management Required Candidate profile: ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Excellent time management skills. ● Strong work ethic. ● Ability to work as part of a team. ● Recruitment knowledge. ● Good knowledge of job portals ● Proficient in MS Word, Excel and other basic computer skills.Job tags
