- Client Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients utilizing our managed services
- Conduct initial assessments to understand client needs, requirements, and objectives
- Provide expert advice and recommendations on the selection and implementation of managed services solutions to meet client goals
- Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design customized managed services solutions tailored to their specific needs
- Develop service-level agreements (SLAs), service catalogs, and implementation plans
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery capabilities
- Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation and deployment of managed services solutions for clients
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and third-party providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery of services
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to meet client requirements
- Service Delivery: Monitor and manage ongoing service delivery to ensure adherence to SLAs and client expectations
- Proactively identify and address issues, risks, and performance bottlenecks
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents
- Work closely with support teams to resolve issues promptly and minimize downtime
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through regular communication, collaboration, and proactive engagement
- Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients within the organization
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to drive revenue growth
- Training and Education: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge sharing sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of managed services offerings
- Provide guidance on best practices, optimization strategies, and technology trends relevant to their business needs
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of client configurations, service agreements, and support activities
- Generate regular reports on service performance, key metrics, and customer satisfaction levels
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders as needed
