Responsibilities: Facilitate understanding and implementation of quality processes according to organizational standards. Conduct training sessions for teams to ensure comprehension and implementation of established processes. Perform periodic audits to assess process adherence in both project implementation and product development/upgrade stages. Conduct release verifications to guarantee that all artifacts are created accurately and meet expected standards. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and implement necessary changes for optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality assurance measures throughout the software development life cycle. Maintain and update process documentation to ensure alignment with best practices and industry standards. Act as a subject matter expert in quality processes, providing guidance and support to project teams as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Around 10 years of experience in software process assurance, quality management, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and process improvement techniques. Experience in conducting training sessions and workshops related to quality processes. Proficiency in audit methodologies and tools for process evaluation and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proven track record of successful implementation and maintenance of quality processes in software development environments. Certification in relevant quality assurance standards (e.g., CMMI, ISO) is highly desirable.

Banking Domain experience is preferred
