Job description
Sales Growth:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned area.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Analyze market data to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams to enhance product/service offerings.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products or services.
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of products to drive sales.
- Stay updated on product developments and changes in the industry.
Sales Reporting :
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage customer interactions, sales leads, and opportunities.
Travel:
- Conduct regular visits to customers within the assigned area.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
