Role Description

This is a full-time Real Estate/Tech Sales Agent role for Leasifier, located in Amman, with flexibility for some remote work. Real Estate/Tech Sales Agents are reporting directly to the Stockholders and responsible for driving business growth and sales revenue by identifying new sales opportunities, creating and leading sales programs, and building new relationships with prospective clients. They must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as they will be conversing with prospective clients, updating and maintaining databases, and producing written materials. Successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales and exceeding revenue targets while delivering the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, in a fast-paced, competitive environment dealing with high-volume outbound/inbound interactions
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Proven ability to understand client needs, build relationships, and foster new businesses
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• A strong work ethic and desire to succeed
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in both English and Arabic
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and can quickly learn new software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of the Real Estate or Property Management industry is a plus, but not required
• Owning an electric car is a plus
