Job Title: SAP BW HANA Consultant

Job Summary :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP BW HANA Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in SAP BW and HANA technologies, with expertise in BW ABAP coding. They should have a deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and hands-on experience working with SAP BW 7.5 and HANA modeling. As an SAP BW HANA Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting SAP BW and HANA solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement SAP BW and HANA solutions according to business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop data models, data flows, and ETL processes using SAP BW and HANA technologies.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading activities from various data sources.
- Write and optimize BW ABAP code for data transformations, enhancements, and customizations.
- Utilize SAP BW 7.5 features and functionalities to design efficient data models and reporting solutions.
- Work on HANA modeling, including creating calculation views, attribute views, and analytical views.
- Optimize data models and perform performance tuning to ensure efficient data retrieval and reporting.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, data flow diagrams, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Provide support and maintenance for existing SAP BW and HANA solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP BW and HANA technologies and recommend best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience working as an SAP BW Consultant with expertise in SAP HANA.
- Strong experience in BW ABAP coding and customization.
- Hands-on experience with SAP BW 7.5 and HANA modeling.
- Experience working on at least 2 projects involving HANA modeling.
- Proficient in SAP BW and HANA data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- SAP BW and HANA certifications will be an added advantage.
