Responsibilities :-
- 8 to 12 years of Experience in International voice process - Mandatory -8 Years of experience in leading team - US voice process experience - Preferred - Experience in International HR Helpdesk - Preferred -Excellent listener and empathetic communicator (oral & written)- Excellent understanding of various processes of core US HR Operations - - Experience in Leading teams managing Tier 1 HR helpdesk for US Employees - Should have experience in using Workflow / case management tools like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.
