Job description
? Co-ordinate with DDF Vendors for compliance
guidelines – DRA / COC etc
? Do regular audit activities of receipts / buckets and
other norms based on Audit / RBI guidelines
? Arrange Trainings with DDF FOS and ensure RBI
guidelines are followed at each channel partner
? Investigate the critical observations and update the
feedback to respective stake holders
? Follow-up with the Channel Partner team for
supporting documents and explanations
? Suggest corrective and preventive action plans for
process improvement
? Investigate suspicious cases shared by field team and
share the final observations with respective BU
? Maintain daily and month trackers for audit reviews
? Submit weekly/monthly self-audit reports
