Job description
- Vimeo is looking for an Order Operations Manager to manage a team and own all day to day operations of renewal and standard order revenue for EMEA and APAC regions
- The renewal resources will support Account Managers by focusing on administrative operational housekeeping, while the Order Management team will focus on supporting deal desk s standard quoting and account review procedures
- The Order Operations Manager will be responsible for keeping the team accountable for day to day workload, reporting success and needed improvements to the Deal Desk Director, and coordinating end of month coverage and reconciliations for the business
What youll do:
- People manage the Order Operations resources in timezone
- Handle day to day renewal and order volume through Salesforce dashboards and ticket requests
- Monthly order wrap up and reconciliation- global
- Partner with Account Manager leadership in your region to gain feedback and build streamlined communication and processes.
- Work with Deal Desk Director on process system enhancement initiatives
- Stand in for Deal Desk in TZ for urgent coverage needs
Skills and knowledge you should possess:
- 2+ year of people management in a high volume customer service, finance, or operations environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task across multiple projects and internal stakeholders
- Advanced Salesforce user experience ( building and analyzing reports, request queues, opportunity management, being a business partner in enhancements, UAT)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets ( Macros experience a plus)
