Key Responsibilities |
Enterprise Digital Participate in the development of technology strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's long-term strategicobjectives. Collaboratewith sub-functional leads to oversee adoption and create performance standards for planning and executing Technology Operations modernization, Enterprise digital transformation, and Cyber defense initiatives. Play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing complex technology projects from initiation to completion while ensuring the successful delivery with scope, on time and withinbudget Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to cross-functional project teams fostering a collaborative and high-performing teamculture Execute effective project management processes, monitoring and controlling project variables to ensure successful delivery whileidentifyingand mitigating risks,anddeveloping contingency plans as needed. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project requirements and expectationswhilecommunicatingprogress, issues, and resolutions at all levels. Implement and uphold quality assurance processes and conduct regular project reviews to assess performance andidentifyareas for improvement.
Digital Transformation Office Lead secondary research on Industry Intelligence andadvisethe CIO office on changing client demand landscape, competitive moves, business growth, and advanced digital technologies architecture and engineering advancements. Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Solution delivery teams to estimate and report on businessimpact andparticipatein periodic governance. Partner with Marketing/Frontend to strengthen the Global Technology Brand and improve the effectiveness of Externalization initiatives. Demonstrateexpertisein content articulation, ensuring clear and concise communication of complex technology concepts and strategies. Apply a deep understanding of business and technology trends to develop forward-thinking strategies that enable digital transformation and enhance organizational performance.
