Managers develops and implementation projects. Responsible for technical aspects of the project as well as for the growth and development of the team. Makes high-level design choices and enforces technical standards based on in-depth knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures.
1. The role requires independent judgment, evaluation and application of techniques and procedures to complex problems. The manager should be able to undertake complex OSP design tasks and should be able to take the lead and supervisory role over a project of team of Engineers.
2. Significant proficiency/In-depth knowledge in the domain (Technology and products)
3. Previous experience in leading tasks or mentoring engineers
4. 10+ Years of experience in Fiber network design engineering for an OSP/ISP
5. Experience in Fiber (OSP/ISP) network through work on at least one of the following areas: design, drafting, permitting, traffic control plan, pole load analysis, JPA
6. Experience working tools: Aramis, AutoCad, QGIS, ArcGIS, Waldo, Osmose O-calc
