Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as Marketing Manager at HireBloc Ventures Pvt Ltd located in Noida. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to meet company objectives, managing and coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to determine campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Market Research skills
- Digital marketing, content creation, and social media marketing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using marketing tools and software
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to measure and improve campaign effectiveness
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
- Master's degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing management role preferred
- Experience in the startup industry is a plus.
