Job Location : New Delhi JD Overview : - As a Client Account Manager, you will serve as a linchpin in establishing and nurturing robust relationships with our diverse clientele. Your role encompasses designing and executing client programs, overseeing social media management, crafting impactful funder reports, and spearheading advocacy efforts to amplify the organization's impact. Qualifications & Skills : - A Bachelor's degree coupled with 6-7 years (Manager) or 8-10 years (Senior Manager) of hands-on experience in client-facing roles. - Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal. - A willingness to embark on extensive travel, particularly to remote areas, ensuring a hands-on approach to client engagement. - Proficiency in tech tools for data management, projections, and presentations. - Proven experience in resource management, underpinned by a strategic and analytical mindset. - Strong interpersonal skills, marked by empathy and a proactive approach to resolving client concerns.Job tags
